Junior Producer
FULLTIME INHOUSE - PERMANENT - ONSITE
Handles production coordination for one or two smaller projects (or focused segments of a larger project), tracking tasks, gathering daily updates, and assisting with basic cost and schedule reporting while building end‑to‑end production skills.
Responsibilities:

Create schedules for one or two smaller projects.

Create tasks, upload references, and keep status fields accurate in the internal tracker.

Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, task lists, and other documentation.

Collect daily updates from artists and alert the Producer to slips or blockers.

Project Coordinator
FULLTIME INHOUSE - PERMANENT - ONSITE
The Project Coordinator tackles the smaller, day‑to‑day logistics that keep production humming—updating task trackers, circulating meeting notes, posting reminders, and flagging minor blockers—so Producers can focus on the bigger scheduling and client‑facing decisions.
Responsibilities:

Suggest minor process tweaks as you gain experience.

Update studio documentation—schedules, task lists, and status reports.
-
Monitor minimal task deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies based on established project timelines.
-
Rename exports, archive old versions, and organise shared‑drive folders.

Check files for correct naming and completeness before uploading.
-
Book review calls, send reminders, and post schedule updates.

Act as a liaison between team members to facilitate smooth workflow and everyday queries.

Flag minor blockers (missing files, unclear briefs) to the appropriate Producer.
