PROJECT COORDINATOR

FULLTIME INHOUSE - PERMANENT - ONSITE

The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing ongoing projects. This would involve planning projects, monitoring schedules, overseeing the project team, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in an orderly and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize project plans, deadlines, and quality of deliverables.

  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.

  • Providing parties with clear and exact information of written materials, and interpretations of verbal communication.

  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

  • Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings and activities; take and prepare meeting minutes for project team members.

 

Requirements:

  • Malaysian Citizen/Permanent Resident (Due to current restrictions).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously—strong project management (time management, organization, and prioritization) skills are a must.

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

  • Interpersonal team player skills as well as the ability to work independently.

  • Knowledge of and experience in game production and methodologies.

  • Fluency (written and spoken) in Mandarin is a plus.

  • High level of integrity and ability to use discretion when presented with sensitive information and confidentiality.

SENIOR CONCEPT ARTIST

FULLTIME INHOUSE - PERMANENT - ONSITE

The Senior Concept Artist is responsible for creating concept art for characters, environments, and various game assets while working closely with the art director and lead artist.

Responsibilities:

  • Create character, environment, weapon, and vehicle concepts in collaboration with the art director and art leads.

  • Provide mentorship, art feedback, and training to junior concept artists.

  • Share a proactive mindset and a solid ability to convey ideas to the team.

  • Willingness to give and receive feedback, collaborate with others, and a strong motivation for personal growth.

  • Task-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.

 

Requirements:

  • Malaysian Citizen/Permanent Resident (Due to current restrictions).

  • An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates strong artistic style and design sensibility.

  • High level of expertise in Photoshop or any equivalent software

  • Strong use of research and references to support the idea behind a design and problem-solving.

  • Extensive visual library/knowledge.

  • Excellent drawing and composition skills, both digitally and traditionally.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback application.

  • 4-5+ years of working experience as a concept artist in the industry.

  • Familiarity with and passion for games.

  • A strong understanding of general game production workflow is a plus.

  • Maya, Blender, or equivalent 3D software knowledge is a plus.

CONCEPT ARTIST

FULLTIME INHOUSE - PERMANENT - ONSITE

The Concept Artist is responsible for creating concept art for characters, environments, and various game assets while working closely with the art director,lead and senior artists.

Responsibilities:

  • Create character, environment, weapon, and vehicle concepts in collaboration with the art director and art leads.

  • Provide mentorship, art feedback, and training to junior concept artists.

  • Share a proactive mindset and a solid ability to convey ideas to the team.

  • Willingness to give and receive feedback, collaborate with others, and a strong motivation for personal growth.

  • Task-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.

  • 1-3+ years of working experience as a concept artist in the industry.

  • Familiarity with and passion for games.

JUNIOR CONCEPT ARTIST

FULLTIME INHOUSE - PERMANENT - ONSITE

The Junior Concept Artist is responsible for creating concept art for characters, environments and various game assets while working closely with the art director, art leads and senior concept artists.

Responsibilities:

  • Create character, environment, weapon, and vehicle concepts in collaboration with the art director, art leads and senior concept artists.

  • Share a proactive mindset and a strong ability to convey ideas to the team.

  • Constant communication with the project team.

  • Task-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.

 

Requirements:

  • Malaysian Citizen/Permanent Resident (Due to current restrictions).

  • An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates great fundamental skills such as anatomy, perspective, composition, functional design, etc.

  • Good level of expertise in Photoshop or any equivalent software.

  • Strong use of research and references to support the idea behind a design and problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback application.

  • Familiarity with and passion for games.

  • Ability to adapt to various art styles.

  • Great time management skills.
